Heather Galaska

Since the age of 11, writing and editing have been Heather’s greatest passions. She was bitten with the bug during an extensive research project in junior high and has been writing ever since. Heather has several recognitions for her poetry and is the 2010 recipient of the Samuel R. Blate Award for Creative Writing from Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland. Her poetry and short stories are included in several collections and literary journals, and she is currently working on two novels with four more in the queue.

Heather loves working closely with clients to help them market themselves and their businesses. As a fellow business owner, she understands the importance of getting your voice in writing to current and potential customers. In addition to writing, Heather also offers social media management and print material design services.

Throughout the years, Heather has built and maintained several writing groups in the Denver and Washington DC areas. Currently, she is a member of a small writing group that meets weekly in Green Mountain Colorado to hone writing skills, provide editing services and offer feedback to other members. The goal is to help each other navigate the road to publication.
